Donna Beestman is the founder of Career Success Strategies LLC. For more than 20 years she has provided her expertise as a career strategist and executive coach to executives and professionals.
Donna has been a career advisor for professionals in a variety of industries. She enjoys helping her clients move into exciting, satisfying new chapters in their personal and professional lives.
Prior to starting Career Success Strategies, Donna was an executive with regional and international career management consulting firms.
As a Senior Vice President & Managing Director for a consulting firm with over 20 offices on the East Coast, Donna provided leadership for the firm’s international efforts and worked closely with the company’s partners in Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions. This firm provided career transition services, outplacement, assessment, leadership and executive team development and coaching to Fortune 100 companies as well as to smaller organizations.
Earlier in her career, Donna was Manager of Performance Improvement Training for a company serving Fortune 500 companies, led a nonprofit as its Executive Director, and was an educator.
Donna earned an MA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and BA from Macalester College. She and her husband George have 2 grown children.
